What Tumbil Can (and Can’t) Wash

That mindset shapes everything we do, from how items are sorted and washed to what we can realistically (and safely) accept. So whether you’re searching for a fluff and fold near me or you’re already a regular, here’s a clear, honest breakdown of what belongs in your Tumbil bag… and what doesn’t.

The Big Yes: Everyday Clothing & Household Textiles

If it fits in a standard residential washer and dryer, your WashPro can launder it.

That includes:

• Shirts, pants, sweaters, hoodies
• Underwear, socks, pajamas
• Towels, face cloths, dish towels
• Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers
• Light blankets and throws
• Athleisure, workout gear, casual wear

Think normal household laundry, the stuff that piles up week after week.

The Reality Check: Size & Equipment Limits

(We’re superstars, not magicians.)

Some items are simply too large for residential machines:

• King-size comforters
• Oversized duvets
• Extremely bulky blankets

If an item can’t be safely washed in a standard washer/dryer:

• It will be returned in a separate bag
• It will be unwashed, unweighed, and uncharged

No surprises. No fees. Just transparency.

Weight Guidelines

We want to be flexible, while still setting realistic expectations.

Standard Orders

• No hard maximum
• If an order exceeds 100 lbs, your WashPro may need extra days to complete it

Express Orders (Same-Day or Overnight)

• 60 lb maximum
• No hang-dry items

These limits help ensure quality, timing, and fair workloads.

Safety & Sanitation (Non-Negotiables)

To protect customers and WashPros, all orders must be safe and sanitary.

By placing an order, you’re certifying that your laundry:

• Is free of bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or other pests
• Does not contain biohazardous materials
• Does not contain feces, urine, blood, or vomit beyond normal household traces
• Is not matted with excessive pet hair

If a load is deemed unsafe or unsanitary:

• It will be returned as-is
• A $20 fee may apply
• Repeated issues may result in account closure

This isn’t about being strict—it’s about protecting everyone in the Tumbil community.
